All rates include parking for one car in our parking garage located underneath the inn.
All hotel rooms and rates are double occupancy. Only suites can accommodate a third person for an additional $25 per night. Rates do not include gratuities or state/local lodging tax and are subject to change. Minimum stays may be required for certain weekends, holidays, and local graduations. Rate quotes are guaranteed only upon approval of a valid credit card (American Express, Visa, or MasterCard).
Guests of our Boston bed and breakfast must pay a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax in the form of American Express, Visa, or MasterCard at the time of booking to guarantee their reservations. Cambridge, Massachusetts hotel lodging at the Mary Prentiss Inn can be cancelled for a full refund if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit (one night room and tax).
Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. or after 10 p.m. by special arrangement. Checkout time is 11 a.m.
